Two rooms, one long dining table, a wood stove that's almost always lit. Breakfast is on the house — momos and butter tea, or eggs and pahari pickles, whichever you prefer.

We sit inside the Rungli Rungliot tea garden, with forest walks, viewpoints and a waterfall trail all within easy reach of the house.
Rungli Rungliot's slopes begin at our gate — walk the plucking paths at first light.

We're in Rungli Rungliot tea garden, about an hour from Darjeeling town. The nearest railway is NJP (3 hr) and the airport is Bagdogra (3.5 hr).
